Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover has scuffing; a few creases near edges, discoloration with darker discoloration spots (front/back); a few small surface impressions on front. Inner sleeve is original (UA logo); one seam partially split, one seam mostly split. Spine is readable, with wear and thatching. Some shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of some use. (Not a cut-out.)

A unique fact is that unlike most of his albums, its title does not come from any song on the record itself, and it features a bonus track of Spin, Spin, a song previously issued as a single but not appearing on his other original studio LPs. Fan-favorites and standout tracks include the tragic ballad Bitter Green, with its haunting tale of lost love echoing like an ancient folk song, along with literate reflections such as Long Way Back Home, The Gypsy, and Affair on 8th Avenue.
