Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Gate-fold cover has scuffing, creases, and discoloration spots (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (Pictures/lyrics). Spine is partly readable with wear across it. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Bottom-edge lightly split near edge. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. 1972 pressing. (Not a cut-out.)

About The Record:

Seventh Sojourn, by The Moody Blues, reached no. 5 in the UK, and became the band's first American chart topper, spending five weeks at no. 1 to close out 1972. Two hit singles came from this album: Isn't Life Strange (no. 13 UK, no. 29 US) and I'm Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band) (no. 36 UK, no. 12 US). The opening track, Mike Pinder's Lost in a Lost World laments the brutality of revolution and references racial tension. Several songs contain overt political references. However, although the album showcases political concerns, bassist John Lodge described I'm Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band) as a response to fans who mistakenly read guru-like wisdom into the Moodies' lyrics.
