Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great, a few creases near edges; light scuffing, surface impressions and discoloration spots (front/back); small spot on front near top right where gloss finish has rubbed off. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

Years Ago, by The Statler Brothers peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Prior to recording Years Ago, the Statlers purchased their old grammar school in their hometown of Staunton, Virginia, renovating the building to serve as their offices. (On the album cover, the group is photographed on the auditorium's stage.) Perhaps as a result, the record quite nostalgic and sentimental, as evidenced by the song titles alone, including Memories Are Made of This and Today I Went Back. Among the record's hits were Don't Wait on Me and You'll Be Back (Every Night in My Dreams).
