About The Record:

Gee Baby, Ain't I Good to You, is a reissue of material previously recorded for Capitol Records. This soul and jazz-infused LP features Rawls' smooth, expressive vocals across a selection of standards and covers, showcasing his ability to blend emotional depth with polished delivery. The album was produced by Pickwick International, Inc. and manufactured by Keel Record Mfg. of Canada, with tracks published by various music companies including Michael Goldsen Co. and MCA Music Inc. Notable for its budget vinyl pressing, the album reflects Pickwick’s practice of repackaging earlier recordings for broader distribution. Despite its reissue status, it remains a testament to Rawls’ vocal prowess and enduring appeal in the soul genre.
