Bound hard-cover gate-fold has light-scuffing (front/back); discoloration near left edge on front, right edge on back. Inner-sleeves are original (rice-paper backed poly). Spine shows minor wear. Hinge is intact. Minor shelf-wear along the corners and other edges. (Not a cut-out.)
