Catalog number is not printed on label or jacket. Vinyl plays with some crackles and a few light-clicks (play-graded). Cover looks good; a few creases near edges; moderate scuffing, discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions on front; slight discoloration on back. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is easy-to-read (printed off-center) with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a couple divots. Black label. (Not a cut-out.)
