Cover has a few creases, scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); discoloration with darker discoloration spots on back (especially near top-left). Inner-sleeve is poly-lined paper; one seam mostly split. Spine is partly readable with heavy wear and splits. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Two splits on top-edge, one small splits on bottom-edge from corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
