About The Record:
The Immortal Victor Herbert,, is a musical walk by the Robert Shaw Chorale through the songs of a great musician. "Everybody who is musical, and almost everybody is musical has a favorite composer. And often that composer is of the past and the chance to meet and talk with him is gone, although his music lives and talks to us. A very great favorite of people of all ages and walks of life will always be Victor Herbert, whose warm and lovable melodies will literally survive us all...this album follows no order, either time wise or any other wise;it just browses. It visits many shows and stops to listen to many favorite songs.
