PROMO text on label. Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). 12" Single. Generic "Panorama" cover has a few creases near edges and center; light scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); one seam partially split. Spine shows signs of wear, with no text. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. BPM ("135") written on one side of label. (Not a cut-out.)

About The Record:
Seabiscuit in the Fifth, by Belinda West, became a No. 12 Disco Hit on the Billboard Charts. Soon after, she moved to Tampa where she became a mainstay in the jazz scene with her group Kool Reflektions. In the mid-90s, she pursued musical ministry and motivational speaking, traveling from the Netherlands to Africa, to South America, the Caribbean and West Indies.
