Gate-fold cover has a few creases near edges, discoloration with darker discoloration spots (front/back/inner-gate); small surface impressions near top of front, and near bottom of back, small surface abrasion near top-right of front. Inner-sleeve is original (WB ads). Spine is mostly easy-to-read with mild-wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Split near center of rear top. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

Frank Sinatra returned from his brief retirement with Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back. Released amidst a whirlwind of publicity, the album was a commercial success, earning gold status and peaking just outside the top-ten on the UK and Billboard album charts. The album was accompanied by a television special, Magnavox Presents Frank Sinatra, which reunited Sinatra with Gene Kelly. Genuine first pressings of the LP came with a bonus photo of Sinatra inside the cover.
