Cover looks okay, a few creases near edges; scuffing and discoloration (front/back); front has surface abrasions at center spine and along top edge; back has heavy discoloration along top and at bottom right. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is unreadable and has split at center. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners; split at bottom center and most of top edge. Opening shows signs of use and divots. Release date is approximate. (Not a cut-out.)
