Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). 12" Single. Generic Elektra cover looks great; a few creases near edges, tiny surface abrasions and light-scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white), with discoloration spots near bottom on one side. Spine has no text, with wear. Minor shelf-wear along left/right-edge; heavier wear to corners. Top opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

Thief in the Night, by George Duke, was a single from the album of the same name. This release reached No. 37 on the Hot R&B Songs Chart, No. 21 on the Dance Club Songs Chart, and No. 89 in the UK Singles Chart. Duke was a keyboardist, composer, singer-songwriter and record producer. He worked with numerous artists as arranger, music director, writer and co-writer, record producer and as a professor of music. He was known primarily for 32 solo albums, of which A Brazilian Love Affair from 1979 was his most popular, as well as for his collaborations with other musicians, particularly Frank Zappa.
