Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. Split in shrink near bottom-right on front. slight discoloration on back. Spine has no text and shows very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge. Some wear to corners. (Not a cut-out.)
