The album did not chart on the Billboard 200 but charted for a week at No. 74 on its R\u0026amp;B albums listing. Cashbox magazine however charted it for five weeks on its pop albums chart, peaking at No. 168. Its lead single, \u003cspan style=\"font-style: italic ;\"\u003eRed Hot,\u003c\/span\u003e squeaked into the Billboard R\u0026amp;B singles chart at No. 95. Another single, \u003cspan style=\"font-style: italic ;\"\u003ePick Up the Pieces,\u003c\/span\u003e failed to chart at all.
