Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened); Large and long tear in shrink on top half of back, break near top-left off front. Vinyl plays with crackles and some clicks (play-graded). ***MAKE NEW DISCOGS*** Ours is an indapolis pressing, but the existing ones do not have accurate labels. 11558931 is an indianpolis with close enough runouts. M2 WP0789-1S I C2 Cover has a few creases ; slight discoloration with darker discoloration spots on back; light-scuffing, surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (RCA Ads); one seam partially split/missing a section. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with mild-wear and thatching (crooked text). Some shelf-wear near right of top/bottom-edge; wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. (Not a cut-out.)
