Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); slight discoloration with darker discoloration spots near top on back. Inner-sleeve is original (RCA ads). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge with split near right. Top-edge has text (printed off-center) and is easy-to-read. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. (Not a cut-out.)
