4-panel poster included (discoloration spots near top/bottom-center. HYPE-STICKER on front. Import from UK. Vinyl plays with occasional crackles; there is a WARP, but it doesn't cause skips or any issues like that on my player (play-graded). 12" Single. Cover looks great; a few creases near edges (most noticeable near top-right on front and top-left on back); light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions on front; slight discoloration with darker discoloration spots on back. Inner-sleeve is plastic. Spine has no text and shows some wear. Some shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; wear corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
