Gate-fold cover looks good, a few creases near edges; scuffing, discoloration spots (front/back/inner-gate); faint discoloration spots (front/back). Spine is mostly easy-to-read, with wear. Small split near center of inner-gate. Heavy shelf-wear along right/top/bottom-edges; noticeable split near right along back bottom-edge. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
