62 page magazine with record. Import from UK. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Gate-fold cover looks good; moderate scuffing, some creasing and discoloration with darker spots, especially near bottom edges (front/back/inner-gate); surface impressions (front/back); spot where gloss has been removed on front. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read with two splits where staples hold magazine. Minor shelf-wear along bottom-edge, top-edge has little wear but has come unglued. Top left corner has wear and some tears. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
