Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened). Follow-along booklet NOT included. Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great, a few creases near edges; light scuffing along opening (front/back); slight discoloration along opening on back. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge. Top right corner has small split and other corners show minor wear. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
