The album won the 1980 Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. \u003cspan style=\"font-style: italic ;\"\u003eBeneath Still Waters\u003c\/span\u003e became Harris' fourth #1 hit, covers of The Drifters' 1960 hit \u003cspan style=\"font-style: italic ;\"\u003eSave The Last Dance For Me\u003c\/span\u003e and the title track (originally recorded by Loretta Lynn) were top 10 hits on the US country charts.
