The album was recorded with only keyboard instruments, aside from vocals, drums, and percussion. The album peaked at No. 117 in the USA, while the title track reached No. 73 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. Wright's songwriting has always been very straightforward and keyboard oriented, delivering simple messages with heartfelt earnestness.
