About The Record:
Joe Viola Plays Manny Albam is Volume III in the Jazz in the Classroom Series. Joe Viola is featured on oboe, English Horn, Clarinet and Soprano, alto, tenor & baritone sax. For what sounds exactly like the performance of a well-organized and rehearsed reed group, but it isn't at all. The entire first side is played by one man, the multi-talented Joe Viola.
