Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover has light scuffing, a few creases and some surface impressions (front/back); slight discoloration on front. Inner-sleeve is original (photos/ lyrics). Spine is easy-to-read with very mild wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. (Not a cut-out.)

A single, The Greatest Gift of All (No. 53 Country, No. 81 Pop, and No. 40 Adult Contemporary) was released from the album. This album became one of the biggest Christmas albums of the 1980s and still sells today and is played by U.S. radio stations and satellite radio during the Christmas holiday season. In 1989 it was certified Double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
