HYPE-STICKER on front. Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed. Shrink-wrap has moderate scuffing and several small openings under which is light scuffing. One larger spot of shrink-loosening at front near bottom right and some surface impressions under. Some wear along bottom edge, especially at corners. Some wear and "rippling" along top edge with corner wear. Opening is tightly sealed but part of inner-sleeve shows under shrink near top on front. (Notch in bottom-left.)

The title track, Frankie and Johnny, was released as a single in March 1966 and appeared on Billboard's Hot 100 list for eight weeks, reaching No. 25. The single's B-side, Please Don't Stop Loving Me, also charted for eight weeks and reached No. 45.
