Vinyl plays with occasional crackles (play-graded). ***MAKE NEW DISCOGS*** runout too far, and nither listing seems close. keeping the listing as is as the note about A8 being mispelled on label and sleeve/innersleeve is correct. Die-cut cover with window, reflective lettering on front, with flap (attached and in good condition) a few creases near edges; some scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (photos/credits). Spine is mostly easy-to-read with mild-wear. Some shelf-wear along top/bottom, heavier along right-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Track A8 is incorrectly printed on sleeve and innersleeve and label as Waling By The River. (Bottom-right corner is cut.)

About The Record:

The ABC Collection, by Della Reese, is an amalgamation of much of the great music that has been written over the years. From Johnny Mercer's Travlin' Light to the classic Do I Worry, Lil Green's In the Dark, and Della's own Ev'ry Evenin' Blues. These must all be considered blues classics with lives and histories of their own. And Della Reese surely does a superb job of handling these and several other songs of another vintage and this is the best of Della Reese.
