Inner-sleeves are original (artwork/credits); Multiple seams split to varying degrees. Spine is mostly readable with wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Openings are crisp with signs of light use and divots. Some scuffs on label. (Not a cut-out.)
