About The Record:

Time To Jam! (The Remix Album), by Sweet Sensation, released in 1991 on ATCO Records, is the only remix collection by the freestyle girl group Sweet Sensation, featuring extended club mixes of tracks from their debut album Take It While It's Hot and second album Love Child. As their final release before disbanding in 1992, it marked the close of their influential run in the late 1980s and early 1990s freestyle scene. The album reworks key songs with vibrant, danceable beats, preserving the group's signature pop-freestyle sound for club audiences. Notable remixes include hit singles like Take It While It's Hot (a 1988 Hot 100 entry), Hooked on You (No. 23 on the Hot 100), Never Let You Go (a No. 1 dance hit), and a unique take on the B-side Child of Love. Historically, it captures the height of freestyle's dominance in New York’s club culture, serving as a nostalgic capstone to Sweet Sensation’s legacy.
