Condition Details:

Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). 12" Single. Generic Atlantic cover looks great, a few creases near edges, and light-scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine has no text, with wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. BPM ("137") written on one side of label. (Not a cut-out.)

About The Record:

I Can't Take It, is a single by Janet Wright, also known as Pixie. Throughout late the 70’s Janet worked on many projects with many established artists such as Phylis Hyman, Luther Vandross, Change, Patti Austin, Eddie Kendricks, Jimmy Ruffin, Billy Idol and Jocelyn Brown. Janet signed on at Ernest Burt’s Magic City Label; there Janet worked as a backing singer and performed with several artists on the Magic City label. Janet moved to New York and met producer Harold Wheeler who had worked on the hit Broadway play ‘The Wiz.' Wheeler ran the Atlantic disco subsidiary label ‘Wing & A Prayer.' Here he signed Janet to under the name of ‘Consumer Rapport’.
